Healthy, but Chocolate: Gordon Ramsay’s Avocado Mousse

Eating something sweet and trying to avoid sugar? No problem! I bring you a great recipe by the famous Gordon Ramsay that contains delicious and healthy ingredients that will quench your craving for sweet. The design process itself is quite simple and will not take too much time.


  • 2 large ripe avocados, peeled
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons honey, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 g of raw cocoa powder


  1. Blend avocado until smooth in a blender. Then add 3 tablespoons of vanilla, cocoa and honey and mix until ingredients are completely combined.
  2. Try it and add more honey as needed. Pour mousse into 8 wine glasses and refrigerate for an hour.

  1. THIS LOOKS SO YUMMY – and a quick vegan swap would be maple syrup instead of honey! I love that this contains few ingredients! It’s something I need to try as a chocolate lover
