
Pancakes are always a good idea – whether it’s the salty or sweet version. Simple preparation, low number of ingredients and various filling options are the main features of this popular dish. However, if sometimes standing by the stove and baking pancakes one by one is not your favorite scenario, you will surely like this recipe for pancakes baked in the oven.
You need:
- 3 cups of flour
- 3 cups of milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 vanillin sugars
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- fruits as desired
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the eggs and milk and add all the dry ingredients (flour, vanilla sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt) to which you have previously added the melted butter.
- Whisk everything well with a mixer.
- Put baking paper on a baking tray, coat with butter and pour out the dough.
- Arrange the fruit on the dough and bake for about 15 minutes at 220 degrees.
- Serve warm with your favorite jam.

I’ve literally been obsessed with pancakes lately. Since I went on a trip in March and tried pancakes with bacon and maple syrup for the first time, I’ve been so eager to experiment with different types of pancakes. I even made my own chocolate ones, which were interesting! This looks like a lovely recipe xxx

Pancakes are amazing. I like to mix it up a bit and add some bacon, brie, honey and walnuts on top. perfect breakfast hehe
