Chocolate cake is an eternal classic in the sweet world, and this flour-free cake will win over all your family members and those most discerning palates.

Ingredients:

  1. 220g dark chocolate
  2. 200g butter
  3. 5 eggs

  5. 220g of birch sugar or coconut sugar
  6. 60g cocoa powder
  7. A pinch of salt

Preparation:

  3. Add egg yolks to cocoa powder and salt, mix briefly. Add the melted chocolate and mix briefly to make it whole.
  4. Finally, whisk together the egg whites with a spatula.
  5. Cover the cake mold with a diameter of 26cm with baking paper and grease the edges, pour the mixture and bake the cake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.
  6. Leave in the mold to cool for about 10 minutes, then remove it to a grill to cool to the end.
  7. Sprinkle the cooled cake with cocoa powder and decorate with fresh berries, crushed cocoa beans, mint and almond leaves.
