Delicious and light chicken rolls: The perfect combination of protein and vitamins!

I bring you a recipe for an interesting dish that is quick and easy to prepare! And your kids will love it too, guaranteed. Just tell them that the spinach will turn them into the Hulk and they will smash everything off the plate. Tested!

Ingredients:

  1. Two chicken fillets
  2. Dried tomatoes
  3. 100 grams of spinach
  4. 100 grams of feta
  5. Ground pepper
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. Olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C degrees.
  2. Beat the chicken fillet to get thin, even pieces of meat.
  3. Wash and drain the spinach well. Place the chopped feta, spinach leaves and two sun-dried tomatoes on top of the chicken. Wrap the rolls, if necessary pierce them with a toothpick so that they do not unroll. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with a little ground pepper.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  5. Lower the side on which the joint is to the hot oil, and fry them on each side for two minutes.
  6. Then transfer to a small baking sheet and bake for another 15 minutes in a preheated oven. Serve with a side dish of your choice or a fresh salad.

  1. It is similar to cordon bleu, but this is an easier to prepare chicken dish. I am going to make this for the family this weekend. I am positive they’ll love it.
