It’s ok if you’re not ok right now. It’s human as well. It’s ok if you feel lost. Because sometimes you have to get lost to find yourself. And you may feel like so much is collapsing around you. But that’s ok too. Because for something new to come, something old has to go and make room for the new.
Whatever situation you are in right now, it’s okay.
You don’t have to do anything right now. First, just accept that it’s human too. And that you’re probably neither the first nor the last to go through that. And whatever any man in the world has gone through, anyone can also go through.
So take it easy. Don’t judge yourself, don’t criticize, and don’t be angry with yourself. Because it’s all part of the journey, it all teaches you something and leads you where you need to go. All this is necessary for your growth and progress.
Everything has a purpose. And even if you don’t realize it right away, it doesn’t matter. Just believe in the process.
Accept. And move on in peace. Let the feeling of Peace and Harmony guide you along the way. And above all Love for yourself. Because what you wouldn’t want someone you love boundlessly to go through, don’t even allow yourself.
Put yourself first. Maybe for the first time in your life. Because if you can’t help yourself, you won’t be able to help anyone else. Do not serve anyone unhappy. That sacrifice never brings anything good.
Take responsibility for how you feel. Start looking at things from a different angle. And instead of a dark tunnel, look for a ray of light. Better feeling, at least a little better… Better. And better.
Find yourself in all of this. Listen to Yourself.
And maybe for the first time don’t ask anyone else for an opinion. Because no one else lives your life and is not with you 24 hours a day. No one knows what is hidden deep inside you better than yourself. That is why no one can make a better decision than you.
Take your time. Calmly. And true to yourself. Take care of yourself. Because if you won’t, who will? If not now, then when?
There will always be a series of excuses. But the time passes.
And don’t let it pass in suffering and dissatisfaction. Give your contribution for your more beautiful tomorrow.
It is up to you to make it better.
More cheerful.
Brighter.
More fulfilled.
With much more Love.
And that which you have perhaps long ago given up … your true happiness.
Such a helpful post. Thanks for sharing!

Great post and such an important reminder. Especially in today’s world. We put so much pressure on productivity and busyness and trying to appear happy all the time when sometimes that’s just not the case and it’s perfectly okay x

Great post! I think we’re all guilty of feeling like this at times but this post makes you realise it’s actually ok to feel like that!

How did you know?! This was exactly what I needed in this moment since I’m at a very difficult point in my life. Also, I think right now it’s difficult for everyone being okay…

It took me a long time to realize that when I didn’t feel great, the added layer of “Why do I feel this way? I shouldn’t feel this way!” was making it worse. Thanks for this post. ❤

I love how poignant your writings always are and this is no exception. The part about no one knows what’s inside you apart from you is so poignant because I often try and find myself explaining things that I know make no sense to anyone but me. Beautiful post.
