To understand is to stop being angry

When you start to understand, you stop getting angry. When you look through the prism of love, you stop judging and resenting.

When you take away the power of the ego and hand it over to the soul, when you move from fear and pain to the side of love, the world becomes different.

And everything is the same, but it’s not. Because the circumstances have not changed and nothing is the same as before.

That’s why the next time someone tries to make you angry, hurt you…

Ask yourself: If I look at you through the eyes of love, what will I see?

If I look at you like a scared child in pain, will I still be angry?

If I see that they also treated you badly, will I hold a grudge against you?

Because no one attacks when they feel good. A happy man will not hurt another. Remember that.

That’s why next time don’t get upset but look at everything through tones of compassion, sympathy, and everything that some people are so hungry for…

And you will understand that people are not evil, they are just unhappy.

They were not born that way, but because of circumstances, they learned to bite and thus defend themselves.

They don’t know any other way. They don’t know how to love. Not even yourself, let alone giving love to others…

And when you look at all those people in your environment, even some from your past, you will look at them differently, and you will be able to understand them. That they did the best they knew how. And those who are the most difficult lacked love the most in their lives…

And then, you will stop being angry. And maybe realize that you have nothing to forgive them.

So send them a blessing and wish them happiness, that they find what they have always been looking for, that life brings them warmth and love and melts the ice that they have created around their hearts.

Do it for yourself and let go.

You don’t need that burden on your chest. And all those hard feelings.

Finish the story and turn the page

Untie the ties that bind you.

Love heals.

And if you still think they deserve it, remember that you do.

So free them and yourself. And move on easier than ever.

  1. Really insightful post – agree with many points especially – “Because no one attacks when they feel good. and “look at everything through tones of compassion, sympathy, and everything that some people are so hungry for…And you will understand that people are not evil, they are just unhappy” – Thanks for your thoughts!
