Sweet! Tahini and ginger salad dressing

Looking for new flavors on your salad and trying something different? Then this recipe is just right for you: tahini and ginger topping, which will ideally go with all kinds of salads you prepare these days.

Tahini alkalizes the body and is an excellent choice for healthier heart and blood vessels, skin, joints and muscles. It helps the brain work and protects the body from aging.

Ginger is a natural ally of digestion and a power to the body in infections and gives dishes a specific, spicy note that many like.

And honey – nothing needs to be said about it except that it is a natural superfood that has been enjoyed by generations for millennia.

Enjoy the combination of these ingredients in a simple salad dressing that takes 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons of tahini (sesame paste)
  2. ½ -1 tablespoons of honey
  3. a pinch of freshly grated ginger
  4. 2 tablespoons water

Preparation:

  1. Put all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Adjust the ratio of sweet and angry to your liking and season your favorite salad.
  3. If you don’t have tahini, you can buy it at health food stores or make it yourself.

Tahini preparation:

  1. For tahini you need olive oil and sesame seeds.
  2. Fry 200 g of sesame seeds on a pan, stirring constantly for 10 minutes, then grind in a blender with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. You can also add 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice and sea salt if desired.

*Raw Tahini contains more nutrients and is made in the same way, but without roasting sesame seeds.

Enjoy the great taste of this aromatic dressing.
